CDN believes it’s more than beavers and ice rinks, red and white or a maple leaf. Canadian apparel is failing to reflect the diversity of people who live in this country; with intricate lives and interests, stories and values that make them who they are and this place what it is. But don't get us wrong, we're still hockey loving, mountain climbing, cold beer drinking people.
The idea is simple, CDN. It’s a symbol, a nod to whomever you encounter, if they’re wearing it too, that you have something in common whether that's your team, your city or this incredible country we live in.
Product strategy
The company started with headwear - having two major options (snapbacks and dad hats). CDN now offers Made in Canada apparel. From concept to creation, CDN apparel is fully Canadian. Uncomplicated designs and intentional colour choices allows our products to outlast seasonal change and practice sustainable fashion.
Social strategy
The Instagram strategy is aimed to develop a stronger sense of pride of place. The feed features a mixture of products, places, and unique graphics, with the goal to engage with a wide range of Canadians (and hopefully some from other countries too!)
